The Knoxville Human Rights Group March Meeting

Sorry for the late update, but I thought I had done this earlier.

Make sure and note the new location this month. The Brewery's private room was booked, so we're trying out Pelancho's. Hope you can join us.

We'll be recapping the HRC Annual Equality Dinner, Lobbying 101 and AED from last month as well as some other events/activities that have been going on lately. We'll also discuss some legislative updates and things you can do to be more proactive on behalf of our community going forward.

BIG NEWS - We've got a date set for our 2008 Knoxville PrideFest and will be continuing our planning to make this one the best yet. Be thinking of particular sponsors/entertainers that you'd like to see this year and how to make it happen.

The schedule continues to fill up for our entire week of activities, so come see how you can be a part of everything that's going on. As always, the more people, the more ideas, so invite a friend or two to get involved with you and share the fun.

There's a LOT going on, so hope you can make it to the meeting, but either way, make sure and check the online calendar for info. Hope to c u @ Pelancho's tomorrow night.
