Volunteer for Pat Jehlen in Special State Senate Election

There is an open state Senate seat covering Somerville, Medford, Woburn, and Winchester and we need VOLUNTEERS every day through the August 30th special election and especially ON ELECTION DAY! Pro-equality state Rep. Pat Jehlen is vying against a field of challengers including one anti-marriage-equality opponent in what may become a pivotal race before this year's constitutional convention. Pat Jehlen has distinguished herself during her 14-year tenure in the state house as progressive leader supporting universal health care, affordable housing, women's health, and consistently voting against the proposed bans on marriage. This is our last chance to send a clear message to our legislators that we will not rest until our right to marry is secure!
