Energy, Environment, & Infrastructure: Keeping America Running

This panel will focus on educating the community on the realities of the continued use of fossil fuels, their effects on the environment, the poor state of the levees, roads, bridges, electrical generation, telecommunications, water supply, and national security and what we can do to ensure the future security of our communities.

Crossroads in our Healthcare System
Moderator: Kevin Cho Tipton
Panelists: State Rep. Kelly Skidmore, State Rep. Ari Porth, Rick Ford, Terry A. Williams Edden
This section will discuss the realities of our healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, and social security systems in Florida and the United States, how they affect the communities we live in and what can be done to rectify the problems that exist already.

The Housing Crisis

This section will address the housing crisis affecting every community in our state and what we can all do to help lessen the burden of this impending situation on our families, neighborhoods, and communities from Miami to Pensacola.

This section will center discussion on the affects of our involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as the affects that our actions in the region are affecting Israel, the stability in Pakistan, and what the future may hold for the United States in regards to our policies geared toward the Middle East.

Saving Florida?s Education System - (All Panelists Confirmed)

This section will be devoted to the topic of Education in our state and, to a limited extent, the state of the United States? education system. Discussion will primarily focus on what can be done to improve the system and how vastly important it is to invest in education.
